The Brass is proudly collaborating with Stags' Leap Winery for a six course dinner featuring an exquisite menu prepared by Head Chef Josh Caroll and paired with wonderful wines.

The menu for the evening will feature:

first course
artisan cheese and charcuterie selection
L’etre Magique Cremant de Bourgogne

second course
tossed crab salad, arugula, radish, snow peas, parmesan, lemon avocado vinaigrette
Stags’ Leap Napa Valley Chardonnay

third course
irish lamb stew, gorganzola polenta cake, roasted grape, red wine reduction
Stags’ Leap Napa Valley Cabernet

fourth course
swordfish, petite penne, wine tomato broth with porcinis
Stags’ Leap ‘The Investor’ Red Blend

fifth course
beef tenderloin, red risotto, mediterranean olive dust, shaved percorino

sixth course
divine fudge lava cake, fresh ground and brewed columbian coffee
